ACCEPTANCE

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED you acknowledge that you will be bound by its terms and conditions

BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED will not be liable in any way in respect of any claim made against the us by the buyer for any damage caused to any. Ordered property by the buyer’s use of the property.

 
The BUYER agrees to return the property to BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED in the same condition as received,in the case of any changes.
BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee on any cancelled order.

 
We reserve the right to alter and/or add to our terms and conditions as required. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon the posting of those terms and conditions on our website.
The terms and conditions on this website are the terms on which BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED offers the sale of regalia. In ordering any item of regalia the buyer accepts these terms and conditions. If the buyer does not accept these terms and conditions they must not proceed with the order.


Return Policy, Cancellations, Disputes and or Damage of Regalia After Order or Delivery

You must return regalia within the times stated on your invoice in the case of any issue with the item with shipment cost at buyers expense .  Failure to do so will incur penalty fees.

Dispute
Where a dispute arises out of the order and/or return of regalia, you agree to advise BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED of this dispute within seven days of it occurring. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, you agree that BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED may refer this dispute to an Arbitrator for resolution.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHHARGES
You agree to a service charge of 20% for a cancelled order.
You agree that if you cancel your order, it will be done at least 3days after order,otherwise you will not be refunded your payment.

PURCHASED REGALIA
All payments for regalia are completely non-refundable upon purchase.

PRODUCTS
We will make sure every regalia is in its best conditions before delivery BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED is not liable for any loss or damage to the regalia after safe delivery to the buyer .

Deliveries:
Couriers take 1-3 days in Nigeria to deliver to major metropolitan areas. However service time may vary between 1 and 10 days.
 Please ensure you give us an address where someone will be available to sign for and receive your parcel during week days.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Your order will ship after confirmation of payment is made and approved. No items are considered sold until the item has been fully paid for and dispatched.
 
 
SHIPPING
Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be picked, packed and labeled then the courier will collect your parcel for delivery.
 

Shipping Information – Overview
 
All parcels are shipped by courier. We aim to send all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email that your order has been dispatched. You should then allow for up to 3 business days for your package to arrive at your address.
 
Customers please note: Additional postage charges may apply if your order needs to be split into separate parcels due to size and weight. You will be contacted about this before your order is shipped.

Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind. Exchanges must be returned and exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date . Credit will be issued if an exchange in size or colour cannot be made due to stock levels.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations to provide a remedy. All faulty goods must be sent back to our outlet for assessment within 2 days of delivery before exchanges, repairs, credit notes or refunds are issued. All return postage is at the customer’s expense.
 
The original invoice must be provided for ANY returned garments as proof of purchase.

STOCK CONTROL
We make every effort to ensure that all products ordered are in stock. Our inventory is checked daily for out of stock or limited quantity items. Out of stock items are labeled out of stock on the product page and shop page on the website, giving you the most up-to-date information. In some cases, it may be possible that an item that was in stock when you placed your order may be out of stock by the time your order is processed. In these cases, you will be notified via e-mail by a customer service representative and given the option of a credit note or full refund.

COLOUR OF REGALIA ON THE INTERNET

Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to the actual colours, however, different computer screens may show slight variations. If you are unsure about the colour of any garment, please enquire before purchasing.

FORCE MAJEURE

Should any case beyond the control of BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED, but not limited to, any order of government or other authority, strike, lockout, labour dispute, delays in transit, difficulty in procuring components, embargo, accident, emergency, act of God, or other contingency, interfere with the delivery by BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED of any of its obligation under these Terms, BENAKOL LEGAL CLASSICS LIMITED shall be entitled at its sole discretion to suspend its performance of, any such obligation or to cancel and shall not be liable to the Buyer in any respect.received in good condition and is safe and suitable for its intended use.
